Would you like to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions?We are looking for a Senior Delivery - Data and AI to join our Data & AI practice, where you will design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that deliver measurable value for our enterprise customers.About the TeamYou will be part of a collaborative Data & AI team, working closely with Sales, Presales, PMO, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams. The team partners with customers across industries to design and deliver scalable, cloud-based analytics and AI solutions that support business transformation.As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in translating business problems into data-driven solutions. You will lead the development of machine learning models, contribute to solution design, and support customers throughout the lifecycle—from discovery to production deployment.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for enterprise use cases.
Apply statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and AI techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and cloud architects to design scalable, data-driven solutions.
Deploy models into production environments and apply MLOps practices to ensure performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
Support customer engagements, including workshops, solution design discussions, and presales activities.

What we need to see from youStrong experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.Proficiency in Python (preferred) and experience with common ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).Experience working with SQL, data analysis libraries, and large-scale data processing platforms (e.g. Spark).Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and their data/ML services.Experience deploying models into production and applying MLOps or CI/CD practices.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience delivering data science or AI solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Cloud or data-related certifications are an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale data and AI initiatives.Exposure to modern cloud, analytics, and AI technologies.A collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for learning and growth.Competitive compensation and local benefits aligned with Vietnam market practices.
