This role is critical to ensuring product quality through hands-on validation and effective collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, and experience with application-level validation in industrial domains.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze system and interface requirements to design and execute detailed manual test cases
Lead and mentor QA team members, reviewing test artifacts and guiding junior testers
Estimate, plan, and coordinate test activities to meet delivery milestones
Support integration and validation of application-level features
Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
Strong proficiency in manual testing techniques across multiple platforms
Experience with TCP/IP and OPC interface testing is highly desirable
Exposure to SCADA systems or industrial automation environments preferred
Background in application development or hands-on experience with software products
High sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively under pressure
Full-time, on-site work required (no remote option)
