- Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts including MSAs, framework agreements, and long-term supply agreements
- Ensure contracts are clear, robust, and aligned with commercial and operational requirements
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and renewal
- Develop and implement standardized procurement contract templates
- Ensure consistency of contractual terms across suppliers and categories
- Support rollout and adoption of contract frameworks across the business
- Partner with procurement teams to support supplier negotiations
- Translate commercial agreements into structured contractual documents
- Ensure alignment between pricing models, supply terms, and contractual clauses
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and governance requirements
- Align legal language with practical supply chain and operational realities
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Support resolution of contract-related issues with suppliers
- Provide guidance on contractual structures and commercial terms
- Quality, clarity, and robustness of supplier contracts
- Adoption of standardized contract templates
- Effective mitigation of contractual and commercial risks
- Timely execution and management of supplier agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in contract drafting within industrial procurement or manufacturing environments
- Experience working with supplier agreements (MSAs, framework agreements, long-term contracts)
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain models (framework, call-off, VMI, forecast-based supply)
- Ability to structure commercial terms (pricing, liability, warranties, delivery conditions, etc.)
- Strong English drafting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of contractual risk management
- Highly structured and detail-oriented
- Strong commercial awareness with pragmatic decision-making
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or equipment procurement environments
- Experience working closely with procurement and supplier management teams
