About the OpportunityWe are partnering with a leading international manufacturing organization to identify a Contract Manager who will play a key role in supporting procurement and supply chain operations. This position focuses on structuring, drafting, and managing supplier contracts within a complex industrial environment.Role OverviewThe Contract Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing supplier agreements, ensuring alignment between commercial terms, operational supply chain requirements, and risk management principles.This role works closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams to support supplier negotiations and standardize contractual frameworks across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts including MSAs, framework agreements, and long-term supply agreements
  • Ensure contracts are clear, robust, and aligned with commercial and operational requirements
  • Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and renewal
Contract Standardisation
  • Develop and implement standardized procurement contract templates
  • Ensure consistency of contractual terms across suppliers and categories
  • Support rollout and adoption of contract frameworks across the business
Procurement & Commercial Support
  • Partner with procurement teams to support supplier negotiations
  • Translate commercial agreements into structured contractual documents
  • Ensure alignment between pricing models, supply terms, and contractual clauses
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
  • Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and governance requirements
  • Align legal language with practical supply chain and operational realities
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
  • Support resolution of contract-related issues with suppliers
  • Provide guidance on contractual structures and commercial terms
Key KPIs
  • Quality, clarity, and robustness of supplier contracts
  • Adoption of standardized contract templates
  • Effective mitigation of contractual and commercial risks
  • Timely execution and management of supplier agreements
RequirementsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in contract drafting within industrial procurement or manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with supplier agreements (MSAs, framework agreements, long-term contracts)
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain models (framework, call-off, VMI, forecast-based supply)
  • Ability to structure commercial terms (pricing, liability, warranties, delivery conditions, etc.)
  • Strong English drafting and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of contractual risk management
