As a member of our team based in Ho Chi Minh City, and reporting to the Global Chief Creative Strategy Officer, your role entails shaping the operational trajectory of our clients' strategies. Building upon the creative concepts from the creative strategy team, you navigate the terrain of their brands and products, utilizing optimal operational frameworks to engage target audiences effectively within the market landscape and competitive environment.

Methodical, pragmatic, and adaptable, your analytical insights serve to enrich the collaborative efforts of operational, sales, and creative teams.
Your responsibilities include formulating and delineating the course of the operational strategy neutrally, from the genesis of the creative concept to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget parameters, in collaboration with operational teams across various countries and business experts.
Seamless coordination with the regional Creative Strategist and Creative Project Manager is essential to translate creative concepts into tangible executions.
Given the international nature of the teams, proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is indispensable.
Your ability to innovate and advocate for your ideas and formats is pivotal in garnering buy-in from stakeholders, including clients and prospects.
Moreover, you possess the foresight to seamlessly integrate campaigns into the consumer experience and ensure project profitability through sound business acumen and budgetary oversight.
Driven by ambition and determination, you play a key role in advancing the practice, expertise, and reputation of the creative strategy team within the agency and externally.

Key Operational Strategist for APAC Region at an International Agency|Reporting to the Global Chief Creative Strategy Officer

Education: Outstanding educational background, particularly emphasizing multidisciplinary studies and the cultivation of a robust general knowledge base.
Experience: This role is suited for candidates with a minimum of 6+ years of prior agency experience, preferably with a track record in integrated campaigns (diverse experience within an advertising agency is advantageous).
Fluency in English is mandatory, especially if you have had international career exposure.
Strong organizational skills, ability to synthesize information efficiently, adeptness in fast-paced environments, and comprehensive understanding of communications, events, PR, digital (especially social), and media, including production costs.
Behavioral Competencies: Curiosity, receptivity to new ideas, and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
A collaborative mindset, recognizing the significance of fostering internal relationships within the team, across departments, and with clients, coupled with rigor and patience, are highly valued.
