BIM Architect Lead

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements
• Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement
• Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure), Wall Setting Out (WSO) drawings, Concrete Body Plan (CBP) and Detail Drawings.
• Develop construction Models for 5D quantification and 4D simulation
• Perform Clash Detection for coordination between different trades (Architectural/Structure)
• Generate Clash Detection Reports for Technical (BIM) Meetings
• Manage and chair the BIM coordination and ICE meeting
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools
• Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted.
• Maintain project documentation and records and prepare reports, letters, and presentations to authorities.

• Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling

• Mandatory: Architect practice certificate required.
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience working with BIM-related software or BIM modelling works

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Revit/BIM software, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revizto
• Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry Regulations
