- Support administration (preparing contract, quotation, etc)
- Managing office operations and procedures, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Preparing reports from data entry tasks such as creating spreadsheets, updating databases, and compiling information from multiple sources
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Handle Invoicing, and payment
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintaining databases of customer information for sales and marketing purposes
- Develop monthly sales reports Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders (finance, etc)
- Preferably with 1 Years of relevant working experience
- Like operational work, customer-oriented, have problem-solving skills
- Proficient in written and speaking English, good communication
- Result-oriented, have entrepreneurial mindset & leadership skills
- Well-developed Technical and Methodological Competence High level of Social Competence Basic computer skills
