Plan and execute data-led organization transformation (going from descriptive to predictive analytics, going from hindsight to insight and foresight)
Conducting frequent reports and facilitating reporting and annual & quarterly budgeting and forecast cycle of Finance Business Partner (FBP) to monitor and analyze the performance of PVA's business activities.
Developing business solutions through business intelligence solutions, modern graphic dashboard/ performance indicator and management systems.

Key responsibilitiesDelivering all financial reporting and analysis related to Finance Business Partner Department

Conduct financial reporting and analysis related to routine monthly/quarterly/annual or adhoc reports from Group and SBG not limited to KPI reporting required from Group any other required internally by Group, SBG and PVA requirement and externally by external auditor.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for Top Management Leader Team (TLT), Quarterly Business Plan Review (QBPR), Business Plan, monthly pack, actual template, forecast required by Group, SBG and PVA.
Tracking significant spending (Expense Proposal – for the Expense Proposals go to CEO, ACR, other spending categories) and ensure submission and Post implementation review process.
Conduct and maintain KPI reporting task.
Make recommendation for any key financial metrics related to expense to be more efficient and effective inline with budget or cost saving opportunities for Head of FBP and CFO.
Update template required from Group, SBG and PVA and guide FBP to fill the template.
Manage relationship with key stakeholder such as Group Reporting, Internal Auditor and External Auditor to understand the reporting and analysis for FBP department.

Conducting intelligence dashboard

Developing intelligence dashboard (APE, expense, other) that provide business insight to TLT team.
Adapt and transform BAU report into automation dashboard.
Identify opportunities to enhance all current report to be more effective and efficient for PVA operation.
In-charge to maintain and deliver sharing about dashboard to internal and external key stakeholders
Provide training to internal and external audiences related new and updated dashboard.

System management:

PIC incharge of Cognos system related to FBP tasks and collaborate with regional team.

Adopt automation and intelligence solution:

Plan and execute data-led organization transformation Develop risk control plan to implement at FBP department.
Incharge data/ reports improvement by centralizing and creating report standard to provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions.
