We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience and excellent networking skills to engage with factories and businesses in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and have a background in sales preferably in bike industry. Prior experience in the Vietnam market is a plus but not mandatory.Expectation:
  • Advanced Chinese/ Mandarin speaker
  • Already active in a manager position, 1 year or more experience at manager position
  • Able to assist the sales director and contribute to customer support and sales expansion as a sales manager, as well as to local employee training and the building of a strong team
  • Fluent English

  • Handling direct/indirect customer account (Bicycle Manufacture/Brand/Dealer)
  • Industry/market research of cycling trends in the assigned country
  • Analyze sales, and identify products to be introduced to the customer
  • Sales forecasting and updating plan in timely manner
  • Customer visit (Bicycle Manufacture/Brand/Dealer), new customer account creation, new product introduction
  • Customer support refers to below consulting services:
  • General management consulting services
  • Financial consulting services
  • Marketing management consulting services
  • Product management consulting services
  • Find FTA requirements, and support account creation based on FTA
  • Product & delivery updates, confirm payment status, order entry support, support shipping handling & import issues, follow up production delay
  • Provide support for events
  • Provide customer visit report, weekly/monthly sales report
  • Other Ad Hoc Projects assigned
