Our bilingual Mandarin-English Kindergarten is looking for a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who is a native English speaker. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience teaching young learners and a solid foundation in Early Childhood Education. The role involves delivering engaging lessons and creating a nurturing learning environment for children aged 3 to 6.Primary Responsibilities:Design and deliver age-appropriate English-based lessons that support children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.Establish a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.Work closely with colleagues and staff to ensure a unified and engaging educational approach.Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in school-wide activities.Qualifications:Native English speaker (mandatory)Minimum of two years' experience teaching in a Kindergarten setting (strongly preferred)Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (strongly preferred)Prior teaching experience in Vietnam (preferred)Strong command of English (preferred)Preferred Skills:Background in curriculum development (e.g., EYFS, Project-Based Learning)Experience with bilingual or English immersion education modelsCPR and First Aid certifiedCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary package with full-time employment and social insurancePaid holidays aligned with the school calendarOpportunities for professional growth and training
