Ideal Profile
  • Ability to identify customer needs and key purchasing factors beyond price.
  • Evaluate customer opportunities, trends, and determine sales strategies.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers beyond procurement and establish close relationships with them.
  • At least 2 years of sales industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing at least three new clients from scratch.
  • Good track record of increasing sales from existing clients.
  • Familiarity with similar customer groups and sales models.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates are also considered.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese or English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred, to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Personality: Social, optimistic, and outgoing.
