§ Responsible for the checking and reconcile all petty accounts
§ Responsible for bank payments process including uploading data into internet banking and checking correctness of benefician (name and bank accounts). § Responsible for the reconciliation of all Bank accounts
§ Liasion with all banks relate to register/ deposits/ authorisation application/ changes in bank signatures, etc....
§ Responsible for guarantee application vs bank § Responsible for recording FA transactions into Sun system
§ Responsible for running depreciation montlhy
§ Resonsible for reconciliation of FA register vs General ledger
§ Responsible for FA count reconciliation yearly§ Responsible for checking / recording any FA disposal
§ Responsible for weekly HCM petty cash count.
§ Support BU for any matters relate to Banking. § Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records as law required
§ Completion of any tasks that may be required from time to time by your superiors.Qualifications§ Graduated from University of Economy, specialised in Finance & Accounting§ Fluent in English: Writing and Speaking
§ Computer skills: using MS offices. Know how to use SUN & Vision is preferable§ Good communication skills§ Experience in same position 1 year in multinational company§ Strong social intelligence, communication and influencing skills§ Thorough understanding of treasury functions§ Thorough understanding of related tax regulations.
