Ensure quality control process happen on time and adapt stakeholder requirement
Ensure SNP,SVT sample submission plan to be prepared properly,
Ensure Seed Testing method and process in place, frequently update and train to team, in compliance to APAC Quality and local regulatory requirements,
Ensure Lab quality infrastructure, processes and allocate resources to support Testing, analysis and reporting of quality data and support releasing material/FGs to next process order,
QMS implementation: internal audit, L2, L3 audit preparation, Monitor and update NC customer complaint: RCA, follow up the action plan until CAPA closure, Evaluate for ER and deviation, monitor performance of QMS,
Ensure Training program for seed testing team,
Support lab team for seed physiological quality testing: germ, vigor moisture content
Prepare data and document for Management reviews annually,
Support other quality team: Toller Field sometime require.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agricultural, science or related academics background.
Understanding of seeds or agricultural supply chain processes would be an advantage.
Fluent speaking, and excellent writing / reporting in English.
Experience in seed, agricultural, or related business operations
Min. 3 year working experiences in Quality Assurance in Seeds Production, or for consumer products manufacturers.
Demonstrate experiences working across functional boundaries while driving quality improvements.
Interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries.
Strong process and system driven approach with ability to create comprehensive documentation.
