- Assist Department Head to manage budget: planning, tracking, reporting budget/cost status
- Proceed project billing, ensure billing rate meets department's target.
- Consolidate project's purchasing requests, identify supplier, negotiate price and delivery time, coordinate with other functional department, get budget approval, create orders and follow-up shipment and payment
- Act as Training Coordinator proxy, supporting learning need collection, learning plan coordination, and Power BI tracking/reporting
- Act as Outsourcing Manager proxy: Support onboarding, data entry, timesheet and invoice tracking, report creation, and externals' offboarding.
- Data Analysis: Conducted data analysis for functional and organizational topics. Evaluate data and create reports, propose solutions to managers
- Plan and moderate key workshops/events for department.
- Establish and manage the Engagement Team, overseeing members and engagement activities
- Manage & maintain Bosch Connect and Docupedia page for the department
- Background in Economics or Business management
- At least 2 years of working experience in Business Administration, Operational Support
- Proficient in English communication
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI Desktop is mandatory.
- Good Time management, Presentation, Communication, and Coordination skills
- Can work independently as well as work in a team
- Quick learner, Proactive, Energetic
- Project management knowledge is a plus
