- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and business travel for the Deputy General Director.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Act as the liaison between the Deputy General Director and internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in coordinating internal communications and ensuring timely information flow.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, internal workshops, and business trips.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in an efficient and confidential manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Deputy General Director
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Vietnamese. Prefer to have good English skills
- Can read Financial reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Gmail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
