Job Description1. ATM Network Operations & Support· Manage daily operations of the ATM network to ensure stable and efficient performance.· Monitor ATM availability, performance, and incidents; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.· Support branches and business units in handling ATM/STM-related requests and operational matters.· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.2. Network Development, System Enhancement & Partnerships· Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the ATM network to improve customer accessibility and experience.· Propose and implement enhancements to ATM/STM systems, features, and functionalities.· Participate in system development projects, testing (UAT), and rollout of new features or upgrades.· Work closely with vendors and internal teams to introduce new technologies and improve service capabilities.· Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, suppliers, and landlords.· Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.3. Cash Management, Governance & Performance· Oversee cash operations across branches to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.· Monitor and manage cash flow and cash limits to support business needs.· Identify risks in cash handling operations and implement appropriate controls.· Track performance metrics (e.g., ATM KPIs) and prepare reports for management.· Contribute to policy updates, internal guidelines, and ongoing improvement initiatives.Job Requirement- At least 1 year of experience as Teller/Cashier- Proficient in English is a must (speaking/ writing/ listening/speaking)- Familiar with ATM/ Teller service related Aither screen- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
