The role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability.In addition, this position plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial systems, and developing the capabilities of the finance team.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing company, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is an advantage.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, and strategic finance.In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and relevant industry legislation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.High level of attention to detail, reliability, and integrity.Familiarity with accounting systems; ERP knowledge is preferred.BENEFITSWorking hours with a standard 40-hour workweekFree shuttle bus from Dong Nai & Ho Chi Minh City to Nhơn Trạch and VSIP1Competitive salary with annual review and allowances (transportation, parking)Attractive annual bonus: 1.96-4.0 months' salary (including 13th-month bonus)Premium health insurance (BVH) with optional family coverageStrong employee care: training, annual health check, holiday gifts, company trips, sports & team activities
