Job Title Coordinator/Engineer (Team Lead)Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Managing operational activities e.g. Inspect all general office lighting, temperature control and power supply and ensure rectification if needed.Be familiar with company policies and establishes an outline and timetable for completion of routine duties carried out daily.With regular inspections of the facility, ensure highest possible facility standards and actively search for areas for improvement and make recommendations where appropriate.Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site.Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units’ system, cassette, AHU, MV fan.
