- Interpret project requirements into objectives and tasks, leading the comprehensive planning, control, status updates, stability, and delivery of projects following the O2D (Opportunity to Delivery) program.
- Apply DePICT or PMI process and methodologies for effective project implementation.
- During the tender phase, review the work scope, provide the Solution Design team with project timelines, and highlight any potential concerns.
- Upon project award, participate in the handover meeting facilitated by the Business Development team to receive winning information and documentation.
- Organize internal and external Project kick-off meetings to initiate the project.
- Construct a detailed project timeline, monitoring and managing it to ensure timely project completion.
- Report project status to all stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Facilitate project success by assigning tasks and tracking them until completion.
- Maintain open and clear communication throughout project implementation, chairing meetings to ensure every team member is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Ensure that the project team has a clear understanding of their workstream requirements.
- Identify potential risks and coordinate the creation of a mitigation plan to ensure project success.
- Manage the project budget, providing weekly cost updates.
- Conduct regular site assessments to confirm progress reports reflect actual on-site activities. Assist with on-site coordination within the facility setup.
- Guarantee a smooth transition to operations through a hypercare plan and regular reporting.
- Establish and update the Planview Project profile for stakeholders' visibility.
- Support Operations Excellence activities at selected sites
- Robust background in project management (5 years of project management experience).
- Operational experience in Contract Logistics, both warehouse and transport sectors (2 years of operational experience)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Possession of PMP certificate is advantageous.
- Proficient in creating compelling presentations and delivering them effectively on stage.
- Knowledge of legal and other regulations related to quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and firefighting.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proven abilities in training, facilitation, and coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel for effective data analysis.
- Skilled in process mapping and developing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
