Job Description :
  • Ensure the success of key brands on Shopee platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation.
  • Educate brands on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign and market insights.
  • Implement campaigns for brands, analyse and report their performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive brand performance, ensuring alignment with GMV and operational targets.
  • Track and review brand performance metrics frequently, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including inventory planning, commercial, and marketing, to align on strategies.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversion.
  • Address questions and resolve issues raised by brands or internal teams promptly, ensuring win-win solutions.
  • Work with brands to plan long-term growth strategies, including category expansion and new product launches.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development at recognizable brands or retailers.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges.
