- Sales Cycle and Process Comprehension: Gain a thorough understanding of the sales cycle to effectively support sales initiatives and adhere to company processes.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize tools like Jira and Atlas CRM to track sales workflow, monitor leads, opportunities, projects, and contracts, and assist the sales team in customer communications.
- AWS Partner Portal Proficiency: Manage the AWS Partner Portal activities, including creating and updating entries, opening support cases, and submitting fund requests.
- Customer Service: Provide timely support and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat groups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Partner Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing and Partner teams to organize events and campaigns, generating leads and driving sales initiatives forward.
- Bidding Process Support: Develop an understanding of bidding document requirements and assist in preparing bids that meet all stipulations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Project Management Assistance: Monitor the overall implementation plan, support the technical team with documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time, with a focus on facilitating payment collection.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Jira and Atlas CRM, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate sales platforms such as the AWS Partner Portal.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information via email and chat.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service Orientation: A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to addressing customer needs and maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams, contributing to joint projects and campaigns.
