- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- From 6 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, or labor contract management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
- Experience in performance evaluation, promotion, and salary increment processes is an advantage.
- Experience with HR systems/software
- Good at English communication
- Basic to good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and labor contract administration.
- Understanding of salary structure, salary scale, and HR policies.
- Good working knowledge of Excel for HR data tracking and reporting.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling employee data.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple HR tasks independently.
- Develop, update, and implement labor policies, salary policies, and employee benefits in compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Build and maintain salary structures, salary scales, and salary rules.
- Conduct annual salary increment evaluations and propose adjustments based on company policy and performance results.
- Participate in evaluating excellent employees and reward programs.
- Manage employee personnel files, labor contracts, and related documentation.
- Issue labor contracts for new employees and expatriates.
- Conduct probation labor contract evaluations for new hires.
- Handle labor contract renewals for existing employees.
- Prepare labor contract appendices for changes in salary, position, job title, or department.
- Print labor contracts, collect employee signatures, and maintain hard-copy records.
- Control and ensure accuracy of labor contract data.
- Update employee information (job title, department, division) in Excel databases and the Bravo HR system.
- Conduct capability and performance evaluations for operators, technicians, and staff.
- Build and implement KPI evaluation forms suitable for company operations.
- Carry out annual promotion, appointment, and dismissal evaluations based on performance results.
- Conduct staff-up evaluations in line with workforce planning.
- Support employee business trips, overseas training, and assignments.
- Coordinate with HR teams at other sites to prepare training arrangements for Vietnam employees.
- Handle internal transfers, job title changes, and department/division movements.
- Control binding contracts related to retention bonuses and training allowances.
- Monitor employee commitments for overseas training programs.
- Handle cases of commitment violations, including requesting employees to return to the company when applicable.
- Manage and maintain HR software systems and employee data.
- Upload HR policies, contracts, and related documents to the HR system.
- Register labor regulations and collective labor agreements with government authorities.
- Register overtime (up to 300 hours/year) with relevant authorities in compliance with labor law.
- Prepare weekly HR operation reports.
- Prepare MOR reports for the IE department and other stakeholders as required.
