We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a vital contributor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top-tier talent within a competitive job market. As an essential member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in the recruitment landscape to develop and execute proactive sourcing plans, specialized talent identification strategies, and innovative initiatives for our organization. This includes utilizing various methods such as networking, internal job boards, referrals, ad responses, professional outreach, agency collaboration, and advanced recruitment techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Vietnam HR Team, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce and contribute significantly to our organization's success.What motivates you?You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefitYou think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset and enable business outcomesYou thrive in teams, and enjoy getting things done togetherYou take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what mattersYou do what is right, work with integrity and speak upYou share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyoneWhat you will do:Manage recruitment for designated permanent and contract positions.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring adherence to compliance and local regulations.Collaborate with and guide hiring managers in defining hiring standards and skill profiles.Nurture connections with employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders, delivering valuable input.Implement precise recruitment procedures, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer proposal.Utilize Workday, websites, social media, market mapping and other tools for effective talent sourcing.Influence hiring decisions by presenting market insights and compelling candidate choices to hiring managers.Coordinate career fairs and recruitment events.Talent acquisition related projects as assigned.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, or advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.Demonstrated history of successful recruitment in corporate or agency environments.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and selection methods.Understanding of the insurance industry and its talent landscape, including specific skills and qualifications for different roles, is advantageous.Extensive professional network and the capability to establish and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools.Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and utilize data-driven insights to enhance the recruitment process.Collaborative mindset to work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and various stakeholders.Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities to respond to evolving recruitment needs and industry trends.Recognition of the confidential nature of HR information and the ability to handle it with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Our commitment to youValues-first culture
