- To support the Lead Cost Manager on quantity surveying/ cost management scope of service
- Experience in all aspects of QS/cost management delivery from pre-contract (cost planning, tender management) to post contract (claims/ variation order assessment, Interim payment certificate and final account)
- Prepare Bill of Quantities
- Working with markets suppliers/ contractors to obtain quotes for pricings
- Prepare cost plan report at various design stages
- Prepare tender document
- Variation order assessment
- Qualifications in Construction economics, engineering/ construction management
- 4-7 years of experience for Assistant level
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing, residential development and high-rise building
- Experience in quantity surveying service for CSA works
- Experience in all aspects of cost management
- Excellence in English communication skills
