Corporate Communications Executive (9-months contract)

Responsibilities:External communications: (70%)
  • Social media + Content Creation: manage company social media channel (content, designs, message & response, Ads (Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn,), community management; social listening and social seeding
  • Digital Marketing: Support all relevant execution of digital marketing campaigns with: visuals, tactics, channels, and activities (CPAS, GDN, …) to ensure ROI for each campaign
  • Media relation: monitoring of media, managing PR agency, press release write-up, organizing press conference, media events, branding events, or any other big corporate events
  • Business Enabling: Work closely with 8 Business Units to conduct co-marketing activities, drive traffic, enhance thought leadership, generate leads and support business development for all business units; Coordinate with Business Units to gather information and leverage through internal and external communications channels
  • Execute brand communication strategy together with creative agencies and ensure follow closely Bosch’s branding guidelines & processes
  • Coordinate with Group and ASEAN communicators to develop content for ASEAN newsletter, content waves, branding projects, and others
  • Work closely with Head of department, local managing director, and all relevant business units to handle a crisis if needed
  • Other tasks under requests from Head of department
Internal communications: (30%)
  • Write up all communications materials (announcement, invitation letter, press release, speech, presentation, articles for an internal communications channel, etc.)
  • Design relevant visuals in muti-formats (images, videos, …)
  • Organize all internal events: town hall meetings, internal visits, Exhibition, branding event
  • Website and intranet maintenance and update information daily
  • Monthly contents: Email blast, Newsletter, Bulletin, announcement,…
  • Other tasks under requests from the Head of department
Requirements:
  • University degree in Press/ Journalist; Marketing, PR, Business Administration
  • 1 year experience in corporate communication or publication
  • Experience in media relation and marketing communication
  • Project management experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, attentive to details, critical and strategic thinking
  • Good command of English, good in MS Office
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management (WCMS), and photography is an advantage.
  • Event coordinator experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Interested in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
