- Participates in new projects during installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
- Provides training to customers upon request and conducts technical audits as needed.
- Proposes additional services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship. Informs and negotiates with customers on the proposed solutions and associated costs.
- Monitors systems remotely, acts on deviations, analyses and solves application failures, and supports upgrades.
- Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers and Business Groups to improve service.
- Applies appropriate technology mix while delivering services and fulfills documentation for service issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Fulfills documentation for service-related issues and resolutions and ensures all relevant information is properly documented in the ticketing system and/or similar knowledge databases.
- Improves functional excellence of customer service to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is required to understand complex systems and technical documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support in industrial or technical environments.
- Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., networking, system diagnostics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
