JAC's client is an Immigration Consulting firm looking for a Wealth Management Director position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh CityJob ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily front-office operations to ensure alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and client base in Vietnam.Provide personalized consultation and tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).Manage product offerings related to overseas financial services including foreign asset investments, international insurance, estate management, and trust services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and localization of international financial products.Establish KPIs and monitor performance across departments to drive business success.Maintain regular communication with immigration service providers to facilitate client referrals and information sharing.Identify and develop partnerships with local and international financial institutions to expand market reach.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 15 years of professional experience in finance, banking, or asset management, especially in overseas divisions or foreign-invested institutions in Vietnam.At least 5 years in management roles with proven experience in building and leading new teams.Proven track record in managing and selling international financial products.Strong network of contacts and excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing and expressive personality.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Fluency in English and Vietnamese; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.#LI-JACVN
