Job responsibilities
: • Take ownership of day-to-day leasing execution for project, including tenant sourcing, follow-up, negotiations, and deal progression in line with the project's overall strategy • Prepare, review, and manage leasing documentation, including proposals, LOIs, and offer letters, ... and coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract finalization • Actively track and report leasing progress, including tenant pipeline and key milestones to HOD • Participate in the development and implementation of the project's sales strategy, including providing inputs, recommendations, and support to the management team. • Gradually take on sales-related responsibilities for the project as it approaches the pre-opening and opening stages.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Under 40 years old ・Language capability: Fluent in Vietnamese and English, Japanese proficiency is a plus but not required. ・Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing and mall tenant support roles. - Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to manage documents and databases accurately.
