- Ensure all the focused of customer acquisition action plans are well cascaded, communicated and clearly understanding from internal team to key stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with customer acquisition strategies to achieve the targeted KPIs.
- Ensure the brand message & spirit are strongly translated into different marketing activities.
- Ensure the monitor & tracking of every campaign for progress or proposing a change immediately when necessary to achieve to targeted goals and for key learnings for next campaigns.
- Ensure the brand power & brand preference/ brand love in all platforms.
- Ensure all the campaign committed KPIs is delivered
- Ensure the all the customer acquisition actions & MKT efforts being communicated, guided and being used effectively from agency force.
- Understand the industry nature, business requirement and customer strategy and the connection and translation into action plans.
- Understand the customer segmentation framework and be able to develop different customer propositions for different segments.
- Master in marketing expertise with a deep understanding of customer behaviour, insight, using data to analyse what works and what doesn’t win reaching potential customers through different customized proposition
- Understand and be able to leverage various online marketing tools and techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest trends to ensure their strategies are effective.
- Be able to engage and build connections with others, be able to discuss & align with key stakeholders of the objectives, deliverable to ensure the expected aligned outcome.
- Supervise customer acquisition & marcom team to implement all the marketing activities.
- Coordinate with media team for the up-to-date and right approach on social & other media channels
- Be a role model for staff to encourage and inspire subordinates to deliver all the execution plan with quality.
- Build & grow team through Identifying the strength and improvement area of each member and support them grow following their career aspiration.
- Create the team working environment whereas team member can feel trust, transparent and give them the freedom to grow and to share their thoughts
- Agile mindset and be able to adapt with fast change and confidently steps into the unknown.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Required competencies & proficiency: Customer strategy (Segmentation & Proposition), Customer Acquisition & Marketing Strategies Development (Advance); Digital Marketing (Advance); Stakeholder Management (Advance)
- At least 10 years of experience working in multi-national Customer/ Marketing Dept.
