
Key Account Manager, Furniture

- Develop business relationships with buyer /factories.
- Plan, monitor and periodically report on execution of major sales activities conducted regarding indirect and direct sales & service channel.
- Drive Continuous Improvement across the organization to generate value to customers - Service, capability, efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support and leadership to sales, customer services and technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
- Support technical team to manage the current system and new project.
- Margin management.
- Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regarding personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- At least 10 years experience in same or relevant industries with at least 2 years experience in similar position.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the coatings or furniture industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of various wood types, finishing materials, and tools used in high-quality furniture production.
- Organizational leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
