- Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation, ensuring the store follow concept & POG properly.
- Especially check and do training for the staff to maintain of sales floor & service, then keep quality of sales-floor and customer service.
- Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring (need excellent data analyze skills)
- Understand all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores and report to MD;
- Collaborate with MD on an equal footing.
- Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery if necessary.
- Support for setup fixture and display for new stores or renovation.
- Training operation/cashier/VMD skill and product knowledge for new staff
- Support for operation during the opening, renovation and peak season /period.
- Coordinate with recruitment team to hiring right staffs for new stores.
- Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept
- Coordinate with HR and store OP and VMD team to do the skill training for store staffs
- Make daily, monthly reports.
- Survey Competitors and suggest new idea of POSM / VMD. Coordinate with Branding, Packaging & POSM designer team and VMD team to transfer idea to real one.
- Create and print POP, product information… for all stores.
- Arrange with accounting for payment to the suppliers.
- Order and manage an expense budget for small equipment, stationery and material for store using.
- Other tasks assigned by Deputy Manager/ Manager – General Manager
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in retails & manage staffs
- Strong leadership & problem solving skills
- Good communication skill (both verbal & written)
- Good command of English spoken and writing
- Results (Sales) & Customer-oriented mindset
