Luggage Handling:- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.- Assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles.- Safely transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas.- Ensure the security and safe storage of guests' belongings.2. Guest Assistance:- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and amenities.- Offer assistance with special requests, such as transportation arrangements, restaurantreservations, or additional room amenities.- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.3. Buggy Operation:- Operate the hotel buggy safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.- Transport guests to and from various hotel locations, such as the entrance, parking area, or F&Boutlets.- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the buggy, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.4. Communication:- Maintain effective communication with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guestexperience.- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.- Communicate with guests in a clear and courteous manner, providing information and assistanceas needed.5.
