Warehouse Leader

• Manage and allocate tasks within their team to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the Admin team to plan for inbound and outbound shipments and inventory counts.
• Implement and enforce standards for 5S, warehouse cleanliness, and organization.
• Assign tasks to Warehouse staff and Forklift Operators, ensuring adherence to procedures and continuous productivity improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations, safety, security, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and update all activity reports as required.

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or higher.
• Ability to plan daily tasks and manage a team of at least 5 employees effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with WMS/ERP/SAP software.
• Basic leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.
