  • Translate technical documents, project requirements, and reports from Chinese/Japanese to English and vice versa.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between technical teams across different regions.
  • Support project documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate translation and clear technical communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Linguistics or a related field).
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (HSK4) or Japanese (N3) (reading & writing required, speaking is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in technical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
