CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERResponsitbilities:
A) Developing strategic plans
  • Work closely with the BOD, BOM to develop and implement business strategies that align with
the company's goals and objectives.
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, making critical decisions that impact the company's
growth and success.
B) Accelerate and boost sales and marketing.
  • Oversee and work closely with the Sales and Brand Management team to maximize sales in the
domestic market: Cask sales, Retail sales, HORECA and Wholesale Sales including Ecototes.
  • Support the Chairman and BOD in developing international markets providing expertise and network.
  • Oversee Marketing activities, Events both online (Digital / Social Marketing) and offline.
  • Increase online sales through webstore activities and other initiatives.
C) Operations and process management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing teams across various functions (Sales,
Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR Admin, etc - excluding spirits production) and ensuring that the company is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify areas of the business where operational processes can be improved; develop and
implement plans to optimize these processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the company's reach.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee legal and compliance-related matters.
D) Financial planning and analysis
  • Manage financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company is operating within budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, including developing and implementing risk
management strategies
  • Manage and optimize the company's resources, including staffing, equipment, and technology, to
ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently
E) Leadership and Team Management
  • Guide, challenge our leaders and subject matter experts to ensure our teams' strategies align to
the objectives and goals of the company
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations,
providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.
F) Other tasks assigned by SupervisorsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  • 10 years of proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role in the FMCG, beverage or spirits company
  • Preferable experience in a startup or fast-paced environment or willingness to operate in such environment
  • Strong sales focus with ability to leverage existing network and able to represent the company at the highest level to the outside
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate data and metrics, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes
