Qualified and licensed teacher in relevant subject area
University degree in education or teaching
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in a middle school and/ or high school environment (grades 6-12)
High degree of fluency in Spanish is required
Preferred experience working in an international school.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in Spanish language (native or near-native fluency) and comprehensive understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to use technology for instructional purposes and integrate it into the learning process.
Comfort with the Google Suite to enhance student learning. As a school grounded in the Christian faith, the position requires a willingness to work as part of a team, in a small, Christian-based, International school.The school is a private, non-profit, co-educational, international day school which was founded in 2011 as a Preschool to Grade 7 institution and has annually added the next higher grade level. They follow a US based curriculum up to AP Level.The salary and benefits package is competitive and includes housing, medical insurance and tuition for dependent children.
