- Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audio-visual outputs
- Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
- Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
- Have good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
- Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
- Possess knowledge of production, printing, and digital media, and supervise on behalf of the company and Clients when necessary.
- Familiar with trends in the design arena and enjoy sharing with colleagues.
- Responsible for creative and effective recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
- Basic knowledge of animation principles and ability to create video and motion assets, using After Effects and Premiere
- You are a driven designer and a proactive team-player with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in mainstream design software.
- You have a keen eye for detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- You get enthusiastic about brilliant design, and you are broadly interested in tech, culture, and film.
- You are passionate about working with people, contributing as part of a team, and making others around you (and their ideas) that much better.
- Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Referenced works or a portfolio is required for this position.
