- Brand Strategy - Develop and maintain brand guidelines, plan annual brand campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications.
- Campaign Management - Lead multi-channel campaigns (TV, digital, print, events), manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with MarTech to optimise lead conversion.
- Creative Services Oversight - Supervise designers, video producers, and copywriters; approve creative concepts; ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Collaboration - Partner with PR, Digital Marketing, and Market Research teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Performance Tracking - Monitor brand health KPIs, analyse insights, and refine strategies based on data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7-8 years' experience in brand management, marketing communications, or agency roles.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution, manage creative teams, and work with external vendors.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, performance analytics, and content planning.
