JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEThis is your opportunity to play an instrumental role in the next growth chapter of Abbott EPD business. This job holder will be working very closely with CM/GMs as well other members in Leadership Team in APAC countries to ensure:
  • Commercial strategy and implementation plans are well cascaded to functional team and field forces
  • Progress of commercial execution (sales, marketing, commercial excellence) are on track
  • Successful setup and deployment of transformational commercial execution project to facilitate delivering mid- and long-term business growth
  • Provide holistic data analytical supports and key business insights to sharpen commercial strategies and execution initiatives as needed
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial execution excellence (75%)
  • Translate affiliate’s business strategy into comprehensive matrix of highly performance driven KPIs and ensure alignment with all relevant functions
  • Responsible monitoring affiliate’s performance in each channel partnering with Sales, Marketing teams in owning and providing recommendations over KPIs execution progress, define issues and opportunities and recommendation of action plan.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales channel leads and commercial excellence team to contribute to the development of brand plan and commercial / channel plans that ensure a disciplined focus on driving commercial performance of affiliate’s portfolio; to plan and lead brilliant execution and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Lead the organization and completion of monthly review meetings, leveraging the scorecard and interrogating additional data available locally as well as collating and reporting inputs to GMs and relevant commercial LTs
  • Collaborate with regional counterpart in preparing executive presentation in relevant meeting and follow up with action plan, after getting input from regional team
  • Provide business insights and analysis from various data
Project Management (25%)With affiliates’ strategic key initiatives (affiliate wise and/or APAC regional wise), there will be an interesting journey of having ad-hoc projects, ranging from innovative commercial execution ideas or business disruption ideas for growth.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives together with prediction of resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Minimum 10 years
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven companywide project management experience
  • Strong x-functional communication skill
  • Experience in commercial roles in healthcare is a plus
  • Fluent in English
Education (Trình độ học vấn)University degreeBachelor degree in pharma or business administration. MBA is a plus.Professional Skill

  • Proven experience in business analytics
