The CSP Manager – MT is accountable for translating brand and category strategy into clear customer, channel, and execution plans for the Modern Trade channel in Vietnam. The role drives category growth, quality execution, and profitable mix by owning MT channel strategy deployment, demand planning inputs, and selected NRM levers, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
