Job Description - To process international sales orders - To purchase goods and materials from different countries through the company network system - To manage goods receipt at warehouses in Hong Kong and Vietnam - To manage delivery schedule to meet customer requests - To arrange the shipments, import, and export activities under VN customs rule in coordination with forwarders - To coordinate with other Departments for customer support (customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems…) - Any other tasks assigned by the manager from time to timeJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Female ・Age: 22-30 years old ・Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent N2 level) AND English Business level ・Experience: + Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service/import-export/purchasing or sales admin in trading or manufacturing companies + Fresh candidate who graduated from a top University with majors relating to Import-export, and foreign trade (Economics University, Foreign Trade University, University of Commerce,...) can apply.
