- Attend monthly client governance meetings prepared with accurate data, status updates, and operational flags; maintain trackers for decisions, action items, and deadlines
- Own governance materials - attendance records, headcount updates, operational summaries, and client-required reporting
- Serve as the operational point of contact for client-side coordination alongside the Delivery Manager
- Own project member contracts - track contract periods, proactively flag renewals to the Delivery Manager and HR, and ensure no member lapses or overruns unintentionally
- Own timesheet collection, reconciliation, and billing coordination - nothing reaches the client with an error
- Continuously identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements that make the project run smarter
- Own the full member lifecycle - background checks, onboarding, mid-deployment check-ins, and structured offboarding
- Be the person the team actually trusts - catch early signs of disengagement, burnout, or friction before they escalate
- Partner with the Delivery Manager to resolve people issues fairly and swiftly
- Drive initiatives that build a healthy, cohesive culture on a high-pressure, high-stakes project
- Coordinate all onsite logistics - flights, hotels, visas, and travel documentation end-to-end
- 4 - 6 years in HR, people operations, or project operations - professional services, consulting, or tech delivery preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience managing both people/ culture and operational responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience working in or alongside client-facing delivery teams
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable representing the organization in corporate client-facing settings
- Experience coordinating international travel logistics or working with multinational teams
- Actively leverages AI tools to improve personal productivity and workflow - not just aware of them, but uses them
- Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year.
