- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage the Colleague Services team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the delivery of exceptional P&C services
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of P&C procedures and Knowledge-Based Articles in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of People transactions, including employee lifecycle events, payroll, and benefits administration
- Cultivate strong collaboration with other P&C teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of P&C services
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess and enhance P&C processes, embedding innovative technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide strategic guidance and support to employees and leaders on P&C policies, procedures, and benefit programs
- Develop and deliver comprehensive P&C metrics and reporting to monitor service effectiveness and identify opportunities for systemic improvements
- Manage the P&C operational budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources
- Implement and oversee the Health, Safety, and Well-being framework to promote a safe and healthy workplace environment
- Ensure People Systems are strategically managed, maintained, and leveraged to support organizational objectives
- Lead process automation initiatives to streamline P&C operations and enhance overall service delivery
- Strategically manage immigration services for expatriate colleagues, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in human resource management or a related field
- At least 5 years in a shared services role and 3+ years in an HR strategic role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience managing a team and leading through change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR information systems and technologies
