Collaborate with global teams, drive best practices, and contribute technical leadership to transformative client engagements.Key Responsibilities

Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Create intuitive frontend applications with React, Angular, or similar
Design cloud-native solutions optimized for scalability, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management
Participate in client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning
Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Graduating in 2025)
Minimum 3-month internship experience in Fullstack Development, Java, or a similar role
Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong English communication skills for working with international teams
Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to technical challenges

Preferred:

English certifications (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL)
Japanese language certifications.
Technical certifications in Cloud, AI, or related domains
Willingness to work onsite
