Location : Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamDescriptionWe are seeking a Real Estate Property & Fund Accounting Manager to support our growing operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing of monthly accounting and reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements, and other accounting deliverables for the underlying properties and funds. This role requires expertise in real estate and fund accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to meet client needs effectively.Job specificationReview Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Prepare and review quarterly GST/VAT/VAS.Ensure accuracy and compliance of trial balance, general ledgers, financial statements, and partner capital statementsPrepare monthly consolidated accounts for SPVs, coordinating with finance personnel.Prepare regulatory reports (FATCA/CRS and AIIR)Manage client relationships, inquiries, and meetings.Skills Required:Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in accounting with professional designation such as CPA, CA, ACCAStrong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS4-6 years of experience in private equity or real estate fund and property accounting.Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.Strong teamwork and individual task management abilities.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Thorough understanding of real estate and REIT fund structures.Knowledge and prior experience with YARDI Voyager.What you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;Training and development opportunitiesAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
