- Daily customer call monitoring from call log in system till problem fixed
- Get involve on checking step for new machine installation
- Monitoring monthly maintenance, assign technician to meet target
- Assign technician and manage them from assigning till task closed
- Daily task report
- Customer bad debt follows up by setting/remove note on system
- Get approval from management for back up consumable in case needed
- Create consumable order
- Send quotation, monitor and confirm payment for some cases
- Assist Manager and General Manager for all requests
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- No requirement for experience, but knowledge on related job is advantage
- Good in Excel, and office application
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good at English
- Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality
- Interpersonal communication
