ACG_2985_JOBOur client is a fast-growing health care company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with the Board and senior executives to design and implement a well-considered strategic plan aimed at driving business expansion and maximizing shareholder value.Identify and analyze emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare sector to proactively adjust and refine strategic initiatives.Lead regional expansion efforts, value creation programs (in partnership with the Value Creation Director), strategic partnerships, greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as acquisitions and mergers, to enhance the hospital group’s reach and scale.Operational Excellence:Establish and supervise comprehensive operational frameworks that ensure strong governance, clinical excellence, and process improvements.Champion the integration of digital technology and infrastructure to improve patient experience and operational productivity.Oversee the management of both clinical and non-clinical workforce capacity and efficiency.Define and monitor key performance indicators to continuously evaluate and improve operational quality.Financial and Business Management:Provide oversight of the hospital network’s financial management in collaboration with the CFO, ensuring cost control, adherence to budget, and profitability.Lead financial planning, risk mitigation, and resource distribution efforts to optimize financial outcomes, supported by the CFO.Track critical financial metrics and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety:Promote a culture centered on clinical excellence, safety, quality enhancement, and patient-focused care.Ensure full compliance with applicable national and international healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.Direct risk management programs and audit activities to reduce clinical and operational risks.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain robust relationships with both public and private healthcare stakeholders, fostering collaborations that drive innovation and benefit the community.Manage communications with stakeholders throughout periods of strategic change to ensure transparency and alignment with community interests.Represent the hospital group at healthcare industry events, government meetings, and relevant forums.Facilitate effective communication with shareholders through regular updates, board meetings, and other engagements.Leadership and Team Development:Develop leadership succession plans, mentorship schemes, and talent pipelines to ensure sustained organizational success.Encourage a culture of ongoing learning, innovation, and professional growth across multidisciplinary teams.Create and sustain a collaborative, performance-oriented workplace, promoting diversity and inclusive leadership practices.RequirementsKey Qualifications:Proven executive leadership experience within a large healthcare system or multi-hospital network.Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial governance within the healthcare industry.Demonstrated capability in navigating complex regulatory environments and establishing compliance systems.Experience leading mergers and acquisitions, including post-merger integration of clinical, operational, and cultural aspects.Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.[Preferred] A minimum of 15 years in healthcare management, including at least 5 years in C-suite roles; ideally with a medical degree or healthcare background.Personal Attributes:Visionary and resilient leader, adept at managing change in dynamic healthcare settings.Analytical and strategic mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.High ethical standards and a strong commitment to patient welfare and equitable healthcare delivery.Contact: Ha HoangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
