- Foster positive customer relations and promote the company's image.
- Showcase the company's expertise to customers.
- Monitor sales contracts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Liaise with customers post-sale to address issues and ensure satisfaction until project completion.
- Stay informed about industry innovations, competitors, and market trends relevant to Alphacasting's sectors.
- Assist the accounts department in arranging prompt payment collection from customers and resolving delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate and participate in business trips for the sales team.
- Arrange and manage demonstration events.
- Welcome and attend to visitors and customers.
- Prepare quotation requests.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years or Master's degree in marketing or administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in B2B sales.
- Experience in an industrial foundry environment is mandatory.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or medical sectors is highly desirable.
- Availability for travel, accounting for 25% of working time, within Vietnam and South Asia.
- Successful completion of a security check.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong observation and synthesis skills.
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, diplomacy, and dynamism.
- Ability to multitask, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.
- Aptitude for research and strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
