- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize retail operations and enhance overall performance.
- Overseeing the financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
- Driving customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards across all retail outlets.
- Identifying growth opportunities and recommending innovative solutions to improve profitability.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to stay competitive within the retail industry.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Minimum 10 years of operations management experience within the retail sector at Senior levels, with prior experience in managing a large number of stores
- Advanced knowledge in operations management with large wholesaler or retailer
- Experience in developing and realizing budgets with P & L responsibility
- Good knowledge about financial management
- Entrepreneurial and customer focus, understands the retail business and how trading works
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertive
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management and / or related subjects
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
