Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s).Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services.May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets.Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.Responsibilities:Responsible to manage & lead corporate solution team to book tradition roadshows to support direct sales team to acquire businessGuide team to focus on e-deployments to generate leads for both telesales & direct sales channelsProvide expert business assistance and insight to drive sales, improve processes and production.Liaise with sales team and branch product team to increase communication and help support business objectivesPossess specialized skill set knowledge to anticipate potential issues/areas of concern before rolling out new programs, initiatives and/or promotionsKey contributor in providing valuable insight and direction for key support initiatives based on previous management and selling rolesDetermine product knowledge gaps and best practices to be used in order to provide additional training. Advise and train new staff to make sure corporate solution officer have full knowledge & skills within origination systems. Work closely with On Boarding and Training teams to enhance curriculum as needed for Sales StaffReview new sales/policy/credit changes to provide suggestions on communication verbiage to the fieldProvide expert assistance on pipeline management, origination input, and best practicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:5-8 years experience in sales, training or support preferredStrong communication skills & presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and identify trends in order to come up with ideas to help increase specific performance indicators and results.Must also be extremely proficient in all Microsoft programs, specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel.A proven success record in selling and/or leading others.Education:Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
