Description:You will be responsible for exemplifying the Hyatt Regency brand promise and values and your key focus is to create spectacular hotel experiences for both guests and colleagues. You will efficiently lead the housekeeping, front office, guest services, Regency club, spa and fitness and security teams to ensure that all hotel guests and associates are well cared for.Qualifications:Has a degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years working experience as Director of Rooms in international hotel chain.

Demonstrated capability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds and build customer loyalty.
Exceptional problem solving and leadership capability.
Excellent in oral and written English.
Proficient in MS Office as well as hotel management systems
